Riart is an association platform that carries out official tax-registration, corporate contact and company IBAN security checks for nature tourism and accommodation businesses in Rize and the Eastern Black Sea region; it is not a government agency. It provides verified registry records by confirming facilities' municipal licences, tax certificates and UAVT (national address) records.

After signing up as a facility owner, you enter your facility details, official company name, contact lines and company bank IBAN. Our board reviews them within 24–48 hours and adds your facility to the registry.

Enter the facility's name in the "Business Look-up" tab on the home page or on the Registry Check page. Before sending a deposit, check that the IBAN you were given exactly matches the approved company IBAN on the facility's page.

Immediately apply to the nearest Chief Public Prosecutor's Office or the Police Cyber Crime Unit with your payment receipt. Then, so that other citizens are not harmed, fill in our Report Form to get the account blacklisted.
